  • This information you supply in our 60 second Ideal Property quiz allows us to commence a broad search matching a smaller number of properties available. Then we touch base directly with you and either meet face to face or can schedule a webinar meeting, to step you through the more detailed Professional Investment Analysis and Real Estate Rating Reports. This is all proceesed with considerable research including recent sales, infrastructure, long and short term growth trends, and factoring this material for a given specific location to get the right matching property to your nominated requirements.


  • Can I view the property you are suggesting ?
  • We can arrange for you to visit the property and walk through should it be a completed property. In the case of buying new pre-constructed house and land property or that of an off the plan purchase we can provide a comprehensive range of detail and generally access other property the builder has comepleted on other sites. We liaise with you directly, by whatever means you prefer: email, or phone to make all the arrangements necessary.


  • How long does it take to receive a response?
  • Generally you should receive a confirmation email immediately following your submission. You will then receive a consultant will touch base to walk you through our 3 steps, covering all your quaestions and providing as much material as available. If this is a peak time or weekend it may be up to 72 hours to touch base. However this may take longer in periods of extremely high demand. We will make all endeavours to assist you as soon as we can.


  • Is there any cost or obligation?
  • No. It is a free service to the public and there is no obligation whatsoever, unless our Buyers Advocacy section is engaged for service and then this is fully disclosed na donly proceeds when autority has been provided to do so.


  • Do you submit my details to a third party? What about security?
